chelsio 10G 网卡驱动安装及配置问题

网卡的驱动及型号：

配置好了以后，lsmod可以看到驱动模块已加载：

配置了IP后，只有eth0是通的，eth1不通，但用ethtool工具显示是连接的：

想修改auto-negotiation失败：

[root@167 ~]# ethtool -A eth1 autoneg on
Cannot set device pause parameters: Invalid argument

问题有：
1、为什么“Supported link modes:”后面没有显示任何信息？网络不通是不是跟这个有关系？但eth0也没有显示，确可以ping通。
2、“Supports auto-negotiation: No”，是否带TOE功能的网卡，都不支持auto-negotiation ？

10G 的网卡是不是根本就不支持 自适应 ?

光纤网卡, 确定两边的 两根线都接好了. 因为有一根接好, 它也会报 link OK 了.

10G网卡不支持自适应，没有在文档里面有提到过。

我把两条网线对调了，还是eth1不通。
