Key Skill Requirements:    o    1. 0-2 year working experience as a QA professional in testing and automation development  
o    2. Good communication in English   
o    3. Familiar with virtualization platforms (VMware) is plus  
   
Skills and Experience:  
o 0-2 year working experience as a QA professional in testing and automation development  
o Good understanding of Windows operating systems  
o Familiar with virtualization platforms (VMware) is plus  
o Solid verbal and written English communication skills  
o Willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies  
o Familiar with Storage technologies (SAN/NAS/IP SAN) is a good plus  
o Familiar with C #/Python/TestComplete is a good plus  
Education: Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent.  
Experience Required: 0 – 2 years of Technology Industry  
     
     
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
o Write test cases based on requirements and technical specifications  
o Execute white box, gray box and black box testing using defined methodologies for manual and/or automated tests.  
o Isolate, reproduce and track bugs and verify bug fixes  
o Analyze test results to verify functionality and recommend corrective action in the case of failure  
o Work closely with developers on defect resolution  
o Document test in the form of test metric reports

1.   Good JAVA/C++/C  programming skills  
3.   Good Linux System Level programming skills  
4.   Good at software design skills and algorithm.  
5.   Solid understanding and usage of Linux operating system  
6.   Good coordination & technical leadership capabilities are highly desirable  
7.   Strong communication and presentation skills, both in Chinese and in English  
8.   Experience working on file system, storage system, distributed system is a plus  
9.  Experience working on python is a plus
