关于NBU for file & oracle 的区别

  本人新手，遇到个问题，想请教各位大神下，master备份本地的数据库没有问题，但是备份文件时一直卡在mounting 磁带那，bpcd的监听也起来了。我想问NBU备份oracle数据库和文件（测试用的/etc/hosts文件）有什么区别？有没有遇到这种问题？虽然有点宽泛可否提供下思路
