IBM DS3200报错，各位大神看看如何解决!!!

小弟不太懂存储，遇到一台客户的DS3200（单控的） 报错，报警灯一直在闪，不知是何原因，我把错误信息考了一份

DS3200 用的电池是锂离子电芯的，直接拆下来重新买三个焊在一起就好，我就是这么干的，否则花几千块钱买个模块，有意义么？
