Job Summary
The Red Hat Global Support Services team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide dedicated phone and online support for our clients. In this role, you'll become an expert on Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and our storage and cloud solutions. The customers you'll interact with are often other engineers, so developing your technical skills is imperative. One of your first tasks in this position will be to become a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and get up to speed with our storage and cloud products. This position is a great opportunity to make an impact on an award-winning support team.

-应对客户电话与在线咨询,提供超预期的一流技术支持与解决方案
-协同内部工程师,用创造性解决方案提高客户满意度
-与红帽知识管理系统共享诊断步骤等
-担当导师,帮助组内新成员
-循环调度日程下,周末或夜间能随时待命
素质要求:
-3年以上Linux或Unix环境下系统管理、技术支持经验,具备优秀的问题解决技能
-英语读写和听说较熟练
-熟练使用Linux和Unix系统
-红帽认证工程师或具备相关工作经验与资质
-熟悉操作系统的安装、配置、脚本(Bash或Perl)、网络、安全与防火墙、网络服务器、内核
-熟悉C、Python、Java等编程语言,有编程经历
-熟悉企业存储解决方案,如SAN、NAS、聚类、虚拟化等
-面向不同客户进行专业精准的沟通
-本科以上学历,计算机相关专业或经历
-熟练使用韩语、日语、粤语者优先
-获得红帽认证架构师者优先
