待遇还好商量，关键需要有合适的技术水平。

Linux内核开发需要长年的功力，但发展空间却相对比较小，还不太挣钱。
类似的还有嵌入式开发。

同意“需要常年的功力”这一点。
这行的人才，主要是要找到合适的地方，否则待遇确实不高。
我们这里关注底层，属于公司主业，很挣钱，哈哈。

互联网现在势头正猛，需求很多，社会资金大量涌入，
给毕业生开出的价格怎么可能不高呢？

Responsibilities:
==================
In this position, you will work with world-wide Linux OS vendors and big Internet Companies to enable Intel newest hardware platform and technologies.  You will have a chance to touch cutting-edge Linux OS and computer hardware technologies and see how to apply those technologies in big internet companies.  Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :
1.        Study newest Intel hardware feature and track the enabling status of those features in Linux ;
2.        Working with Internet companies to understand their requirement for computer hardware features and Linux OS;
3.        Make a planning to enable some Linux OS/x86 hardware features for world-wide Internet companies;
4.        Create test planning/method to validate those new hardware features;
5.        Work with Linux OS vendors to enable Intel hardware in mainstream Linux distributions.


Qualification
1. Good at C language programming and deep knowledge of Linux OS kernel;
2. Familiar with x86 architecture;
3. Works on Linux/Unix OS at least 3+ years;
4. Fluent English skills, including oral and written English;
5. Knowledge of hardware I/O or devices is a good plus
6. Experience of Linux kernel upstream development is a big plus
7. Experience of debugging/fixing Linux system performance issues is a plus;
8. Experience of Linux power management is plus
