oracle10g emca -repos recreate创建仓库提示错误

环境说明：
oracle10gR2
Linux5.3

使用emca -repos recreate 进行重建仓库，提示连接错误。
我检查了listener.ora文件没有发现问题。
检查了/etc/hosts文件
