Strong coding skills on Java, C/C++, Ruby
Linux/Unix and scripting experience
Skilled in system troubleshooting, FA and RCA
Goodoral and written English communication



Principal Software Engineer

Fluent oral and written English communication
BS level technical degree required; Computer Science background preferred.

At least 7 years’ software development workingexperience (C++, Java, Java Swing, UI/web, Linux, REST, Ruby)

Good at software design and algorithm

Experience with storage and server systemsdevelopment, and/or appliance development and/or UI development and/orVirtualization/Cloud

Strong problem solving skill

Possesses strong product/technology/industryknowledge

Knowledge of Agile development processes, bugtracking, and release tools
Knowledge of NFS, SAN, and NAS storage systems

avamar是业务从美国转成都，节约成本，美国估计干掉不少avamar的人。

看样子是美国人要全部被裁，而且是在做完knowledge transfer之后。
在EMC工作的时候我们那个组就是这样的。
