删除文件时出现错误

我在/root目录下一个文件夹，可是mv它，不能rm它，系统报告错误是

rm: cannot stat `parted-1.6.10.log/libparted/fs_ext2': Input/output error
rm: cannot stat `parted-1.6.10.log/libparted/fs_hfs': Input/output error
rm: cannot stat `parted-1.6.10.log/libparted/fs_jfs': Input/output error
rm: cannot remove directory `parted-1.6.10.log/libparted': Directory not empty
rm: cannot remove directory `parted-1.6.10.log': Directory not empty

我现在不能删除它了，请问有什么办法
