Essential requirements
1. To meet the requirements of the request for preliminary assessment of the Section “IT-Projects and Communication Services”.
2. To provide consent to delivery of the said software without prepayment. Payment after delivery, within thirty (30) bank days upon signature of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate on or after December 1, 2015.
3. The declared value shall include all costs, taxes, and duties that have been paid or payable, with maximum reasonable and final discount provided, the declared value shall be fixed for the entire term of the contract.
4. Business offers, with the cost specified in Singapore dollars (SGD) only, shall be subject to consideration. Business offers fixed in other currencies shall be rejected.
5. The Supplier shall have all necessary certificates or letters to confirm its official dealer’s authorities. The Supplier shall be a certified partner and have the status ENTERPRISE or higher for software Vmware, and status SILVER or higher for software Veeam.
6. Should the release of the said software is terminated by the Manufacturer, the Bidder shall offer the original software qualified and advised by the Manufacturer as alternative. In this case, the prices posted in the tender response are not subject to escalation for the duration of the contract validity; the prices may be either reduced, or remain unaltered.
8. The business offer shall specify the following:
- proposals providing maximum possible discounts;
- delivery terms;
- warranties;
- validity of the business offer.
9. To confirm availability of the universal software support service.
