请问Solaris 10 Radi1一块硬盘离线怎么修复

Sun T5210的服务器，Solaris10系统，两块硬盘做的Raid1。为了多做几个备份硬盘，我将服务器关机取下硬盘2。单硬盘1开机，隔了约1天在硬盘2的位置装上新硬盘。新硬盘装上后Raid1无法恢复。
由于公司网络传不了图片就文字描述吧：

1. 正常的cfgadm -al 只显示c1t0d0一个硬盘
    有问题的cfgadm -al 显示2个硬盘，分别是c1t0d0和c1t1d0，都是connect和configured状态。

2. 正常的raidctl -l c1t0d0 显示如下
    c1t0d0              136.6G           OPTIMAL    OFF     RAID1
                0.2.0    136.6G        GOOD
                0.1.0    136.6G        GOOD
有问题的raidctl -l c1t0d0 显示如下：
   c1t0d0              136.6G           DEGRADED    OFF     RAID1
                0.0.0    136.6G        GOOD
                N/A      136.6G        FAILED

以上为问题描述，看了“Sun SPARC® Enterprise T5120 和 T5220 服务器管理指南“还是不知道怎么办，其中的一句
# raidctl -c c0t0d0 c0t1d0
Creating RAID volume c0t0d0 will destroy all data on member disks,  proceed
让我现在不敢动，所以特来请各位大神帮忙看看。有办法在不动硬盘1的情况下恢复Raid1这个功能吗？
还是只有删除硬盘内容重建Raid1？

  你首要做的事定位故障盘的槽位，备份当前系统数据。

具体地动作就是
1，拔掉旧盘
2，插入新盘

无它。

目前 c1t0d0的RAID1卷状态只是degraded降级了，没有损坏，所以你只需要在系统在线情况下，重新把新磁盘装入你那说的硬盘2位置即可激发自动同步了。

正常的拔掉插新盘就好了，但是现在我描述的这个插新硬盘后不在Raid里面，显示为一个单独的硬盘，Raid还是一直是Degraded状态

  你基本上遇到了firmware bug了，

action plan:
1, backup your file system associated with this raid volume
2, reset your server to RAID BIOS configuration utility or OK prompt
3, remove the raid volume forcibly at OBP stage;
4, recreate mirror volume, add the good HDD as primary, and follow the screen prompt to KEEP USER DATA, next add the new HDD to this raid volume as secondary HDD. when rebuilding gets started, new HDD will copy data from the primary HDD. that's it.
5, theoretically your user data will NOT be lost. Good luck.

You may also get answers from the official raid 106x user guide. I forgot the ext Sun doc#. sorry.  

Please keep your RAID firmware up to date.

意思就是在OBP下删除Raid然后重建就行了吧，那请问这种情况下怎么备份硬盘内容呢？麻烦指导下非常感谢！回复 6# nimysun

  备份需要在OS这个层面去备份。ufs-> ufsdump, zfs->不会

OBP 下面的具体命令好像没接触了，自己查查文档吧。
或者光盘引导到单用户下面，用raidctl做。

再请教一下可以直接通过# raidctl -d c1t0d0，然后# raidctl -c c1t0d0 c1t1d0来创建吗？会不会格式化c1t0d0呢？
或者我直接不删原来的Raid1直接# raidctl -c c1t0d0 c1t1d0创建新Raid可以吗？回复 8# nimysun

    理论上会，实际上应该不会的。primary的数据会往secondary硬盘拷贝；Primary硬盘的metadata部分是不会变的，userdata部分应该也没有问题。我没有办法保证。文档没有提。

不过话说，你这种情况重建可能解决不了问题。这个卡的firmware比较糟心。祝你好运。

即使99.99%的把握，我也建议你备份先！
