从错误的原因看可能是缺少 ActivePerl 所需的 DLL 文件

在 windows 下安装,要分清 x86, 64 两个版本,另外, 还要安装 .net 类库.

我将我的安装过程拿出来与你分享下：
测试环境:Win7 x64 sp1






从安装的过程来看, 没有出现提示缺少 DLL 文件的情况. (可能具体环境有出入) 下面是 ActivePerl 对操作系统的支持情况.
  1. Windows Server 2008, 7, Server 2012, 8 (x86 and x64), and 10.

通过命令行查看下版本信息:

  2. perl --version

  4. This is perl 5, version 24, subversion 0 (v5.24.0) built for MSWin32-x64-multi-thread
  5. (with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)

  7. Copyright 1987-2016, Larry Wall

  9. Binary build 2400 [300558] provided by ActiveState http://www.ActiveState.com
  10. Built Jun  9 2016 21:44:59

  12. Perl may be copied only under the terms of either the Artistic License or the

找到了一个与你相似的问题:
  1. 报的错误是：
  2. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor。
  3. 解决办法：
  4. 1. 点击菜单栏中的 “工具，文件夹选项”，然后”查看“，最后”显示隐藏的文件夹，文件和驱动器".
  5. 2. 到C盘的目录“C:\用户\你自己的用户名\AppData\Local\Temp”，然后右击“属性，安全”，选择everyone,权限完全控制就OK。

  6. 2. Accepted the License Agreement.
  7. 3. Select Custom.
  8. 4. Change the install directory to my config place.

具体安装请下载ZIP包文件（http:\/\/downloads.activestate.com\/ActivePerl\/releases\/5.24.0.2400\/ActivePerl-5.24.0.2400-MSWin32-x86-64int-300558.zip):
1、解压包文件；
2、运行Installer.bat；
等待安装完成......
