ha的双网切换问题

一个oracle ha的环境
环境：2台Red Hat  Enterprise Linux Server release 6.7   采用 rhcs  ，版本：clustat version 3.0.12.1系统采用了双网配置 ，如 A网： 192.168.1.0/24  B网： 192.168.2.0/24  
ha resource配置了双ip address   A网： 192.168.1.11  B网： 192.168.2.11  ，这2个vip地址作为监听地址。


问题：
先拔点node1 的A网后，集群会切换到node2 ，再拔掉node2的A网后，ha不可用。最终导致真个数据库不可用。
从resource角度而言，这种策略是没问题的。但是我现在想做双网的监听，有什么办法能再A网异常的时候，保证B网可用吗？

有人回答吗？If you specify that a resource is an independent subtree, then if that resource fails only that resource is restarted (rather than the entire service) before the system attempting normal recovery. You can specify the maximum number of restarts to attempt for that resource on a node before implementing the recovery policy for the service. You can also specify the length of time in seconds after which the system will implement the recovery policy for the service.
If you specify that the resource is a non-critical resource, then if that resource fails only that resource is restarted, and if the resource continues to fail then only that resource is disabled, rather than the entire service. You can specify the maximum number of restarts to attempt for that resource on a node before disabling that resource. You can also specify the length of time in seconds after which the system will disable that resource.
