Job Summary   
The Red Hat Professional Services team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Shenzhen, China. In this role, you will perform on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat’s solutions and offerings. You'll focus on delivering quality work resulting in a positive customer experience, while building breadth and depth of technical expertise in one or more Red Hat’s technologies.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll gain understanding of customer infrastructures and business issues and make recommendations appropriate to each customer's environment. You'll need solid technical and communication skills, experience with enterprise-wide deployments, and a record of successful projects.
      
Primary Job Responsibilities   
Routinely assess, design, and implement at least one of Red Hat's core service offerings including, but not limited to, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Openshift,Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Tower by Red Hat, Red Hat Virtualization, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Storage solutions
● Provide written project documentation that can be distributed within Red Hat and the customer management team
● Ensure timely notification of any deviation of time and expenses incurred on a project from the original statement of work (SOW)
● Bring innovative ideas, enthusiasm, and energy to the project team while identifying new business opportunities
● Demonstrate considerable judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
● Constantly learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs
● Produce quality results and provide support to more than one project in multiple industries and various types of projects
● Manage customer expectations throughout the project
      
● Keep stakeholders updated on actual or potential issues that may affect project or company performance (profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.)
● Explain complex concepts clearly using terms appropriate for the audience
      
Required Skills
● Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following Red Hat product and solutions,including including solution design, deployment, performance-tuning and troubleshooting, (Must to have)
     -- Linux Kernel, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Satellite,
     -- Openshift
     -- Ansible Tower
     -- Openstack, NFV, Red Hat Virtualization
     -- Cloudforms
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills(Must to have)
● Excellent communication and customer management skills(Must to have)
● Good project management skills(Nice to have)
● Solid communication skills in English(Nice to have)
