救难 是硬盘坏了吗?能恢复吗?

I am installing the solaris 9 on Ultra 5 machine.  it report "no hard disk found out". This report comes out in my secondary installation.

During my first installation, it comes to ask me to insert the 1st cdrom of software, and ask me to select which software I will install, and allocate the hard disk. But it fails during the during the behind procedure. And more, it can not be shutdown. I had to power off the machine.

when the machine is reboot again with cdrom, it reports can not find enough swap space for temperary files, and ask me to re-partition the disk. But when I re-partition the disk, it reports "no hadr disk found on the system".

Whether the hard disk is corrupt? How can I find the hard disk, or format these hard disk?

看看你的EIDE硬盘跳线。。物理联接是否正确

跳线肯定是好的，因为系统本来是好的。我需要将它覆盖安装。

第一次安装的时候，一切正常，直到系统提示插入software CD1，插入后，自选相应软件，开始安装。大约过了一小时，系统跳出提示框，说安装失败，察看日志，有很多安装失败信息。然后按提示框的OK键。没想到系统出现白屏，按所有键只在屏幕显示，但不执行任何命令。无法，只好按power按钮，希望系统重启。系统报正在shutdown，过了一会，又报shutdown失败，回到刚才的白屏。试了几次。实在无法，只能切断主机电源。

打开电源后，系统重启，无法发现启动硬盘（因为刚才已经覆盖），进入OK prompt，键入boot cdrom，从光盘再次开始安装。系统报需要将安装文件从光盘拷入硬盘swap区，过了一会，报swap区不够大，需要re-partition(y,n,?,q)，选y，但是系统退出，报no hard disks found on the system。

是因为切断电源导致硬盘坏了吗？或者只是硬盘找不到了，有什么可以找到可用的硬盘？因为这是测试机，数据无所谓。

我看百分之八十是你硬盘坏了,,,有一种方法你最好试一下,把这个硬盘拆下放到PC机上进行格式化试试,这样可以断定了吧..
