为什么我的EM使用不了？？

我在LINUX装好了oracle10g后，发现EM可以用，
用http://192.168.0.10:5500/em登陆没有任何问题
但是当我reboot了一下LINUX后，启动:
>;isqlplusctl start
>;sqlplus /nolog
>;connect /as sysdba
>;startup
>;exit
然后启动监听：
lsnrctl start
启动EM
emctl start dbconsole
用http://192.168.0.10:5500/em
能连接，但是就是提示，The database status is currently unavailable. It is possible that the database is in mount or nomount state. Click 'Startup' to obtain the current status and open the database. If the database cannot be opened, click 'Perform Recovery' to perform an appropriate recovery operation.
请问这个是为什么啊 启动都成功了，我用WIN上的ORACLE客户端都能操作数据库了，就EM用不了！

我的问题解决了,是我没启动监听,
刚开始学习,有点不知道如何下手

用tnsping测试一下监听

或多试几下 我有时也连不上 清空一下缓存 再试就行了
