  Linux Security Engineer (1)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
        We are looking for Linux Security Engineer to join our Open Source Technology Lab. You will report to project manger and be part of a team to set up a specification for an embedded system in OS, middle-ware and APIs, especially focusing in security related part. In addition, you need to contact other co-operators, build an implementation of the specification as an example, test the example and report the test results back to the project manager. Your other responsibilities include composing all related documents and providing constructive feedbacks to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
        -Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
        -2+ years of experience on information security
        -at least 4 years of experience on software programming, especially on embedded Linux
        -Solid programming experience with GNU C/C++ in embedded system
        -Familiar with Unix shell programming and JAVA, experience in python programming is a plus
        -Familiar with Linux kernel customization and debugging
        -Master or Ph.D. in computer science or in information security



  Linux Phone MMI Expert (1)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
        We are looking for Linux Phone MMI Expert to join our Open Source Technology Lab. You will report to project manager and be part of a team to set up a specification for an embedded system in OS, middle-ware and APIs, especially focusing in MMI related part. In addition, you need to contact other co-operators, build an implementation of the specification as an example, test the example and report the test results back to the project manager. Your other responsibilities include composing all related documents and providing constructive feedbacks to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
        -Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
        -2+ years of experience on MMI architecture and implementation on mobile devices
        -at least 4 years of experience in software programming, especially on embedded Linux
        -Familiar with programming in GNU C/C++
        -Working experience in mobile phone design and manufacture will be a plus
        -Master or Ph.D. in telecommunication or information technology

Embedded Linux Engineer (2)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
        We are looking for Embedded Linux Engineer to join our Open Source Technology Lab. You will report to project manager and be part of a team to set up a specification for an embedded system in OS, middle-ware and APIs, focusing especially on the system level. In addition, you need to contact other co-operators, build an implementation of the specification as an example, test the example and report the test results back to the project manager. Your other responsibilities include composing all related documents and providing constructive feedbacks to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
        -Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
        -At least 4 years of experience on OS system software programming, especially on embedded Linux
        -Solid programming experience with GNU C/C++ in embedded Linux environment      
        -Skilled at embedded system porting
-Skilled at Linux kernel customization and debugging
        -Bachelor or above in computer science or information technology

  Linux Application Programmer (2)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
        We are looking for Linux Application Programmer to join our Open Source Technology Lab. You will report to project manager and be part of a team to set up a specification for an embedded system in OS, middle-ware and APIs, focusing especially on middle-ware and application APIs. In addition, you need to contact other co-operators, build an implementation of the specification as an example, test the example and report the test results back to the project manager. Your other responsibilities include composing all related documents and providing constructive feedbacks to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
        -Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
        -At least 4 years of experience on software programming in embedded Linux environment
        -Solid programming experience with GNU C/C++ in embedded Linux environment      
        -Familiar with Unix shell programming and JAVA, experience in python and perl programming is a plus
-Skilled at GUI (such as Gtk, Qt, FLTK) designing and programming
        -Bachelor or above in computer science or information technology

  Realtime Database Expert (1)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
        We are looking for Realtime Database Expert to join in our Open Source Technology Lab. You will report to project manager and be part of a team to set up a specification for both server system and embedded system in OS, middle-ware and APIs, especially focusing on realtime database and time critical processing. In addition, you need to contact other co-operators, build an implementation of the specification as an example, test the example and report the test results back to the project manager. Your other responsibilities include composing all related documents and providing constructive feedbacks to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
        -Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
        -2+ years of experience on realtime database
        -at least 4 years of experience on software programming, especially on embedded Linux
        -Solid programming experience with GNU C/C++ in embedded system
        -Familiar with Unix shell and perl programming
        -Familiar with Realtime OSes is a plus
        -Master or Ph.D. in computer science or in information technology


  Linux Server Architect (1)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
        We are looking for Linux Server Architect to join in our Open Source Technology lab. You will report to project manager and be part of a team to set up the architecture for Carrier Grade Linux. In addition, you need to contact other co-operators, build an implementation of the specification as an example, test the example and report the test results back to the project manager. Your other responsibilities include composing all related technical documents and providing constructive feedbacks to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
        -Strong communication skills, especially in oral and written English
        -Sound knowledge with HA system
        -2+ years of experience on Linux Server Architecture design
        -at least 4 years of experience on software programming, especially on Linux
        -Solid programming experience with GNU C/C++ in Linux system
        -Familiar with Unix shell and perl programming, experience in python programming is a plus
        -Familiar with Linux kernel customization and debugging
        -Master or Ph.D. in computer science or in information technology
