你删磁带机的操作有问题造成内核文件间不一致了。
看/etc/conf/pack.d/Stp/space.c文件中
/*_PROBE_START_*/和/*_PROBE_STOP_*/
之间都定义了哪些Stp(n)，记下来，
然后编辑/etc/conf/cf.d/mscsi看第2项是Stp的行，
比space.c多余的那些行首位用#封掉后存盘退出来
再连接内核/etc/conf/cf.d/link_unix尝试一下

建议你找个管理员来帮你，否则系统会越来越混乱。
