cisco 3500 xl 交换机问题

The system is unable to boot automatically because there
are no bootable files to boot.

该如何回复？

有可能是ios被删掉了，重新传一个试一试。
还有一种可能是内存指针被改动，改为0x2102试一试

没有boot files 进不了config 模式，配不了ip，也用不成tftp，怎么来修该楼上所说的指针？？还有其它办法没？
