配好了ntp服务，为何时间就是不同步

请问是什么原因阿？？？告诉俺一声，等着用阿！

192.168.8.110 连不到

起xntp后，client隔64s去询问server端时间，超过128ms的时差就会自动同步。

ntpdate是一次性同步，之后不会自动同步。

附我的server和client配置，供大家作参考：
server端配置：
/etc/inet/ntp.conf
server 218.75.4.130
server ntp.cuhk.edu.hk
server nss.nts.umn.edu

enable auth monitor
driftfile /var/ntp/ntp.drift
statsdir /var/ntp/ntpstats/
filegen peerstats file peerstats type day enable
filegen loopstats file loopstats type day enable
filegen clockstats file clockstats type day enable

client端配置：
/etc/inet/ntp.conf

server 172.16.101.76(ntp server ip)

启动关闭xntp用
/etc/init.d/xntpd start|stop

同步情况用
ntpq -p观察，*号表示同步完成且正常
