一个引用和变量有效范围问题

init()
while(1) {
        &MainLoop;
}

sub init {
        $readable = new IO::Select();
        $writeable = new IO::Select();
       
        # Other process...
}

sub MainLoop {
        my $wait =7;
        my ($canread,$canwrite) = IO::Select(select($readable,$writeable,undef,$wait);
}

为什么　sub init 中定义的变量 $readable, $writeable 能够在 MainLoop 中被使用呢？

default 是global variable..哪兒都能用....
