关于用户权限的问题

这四个权限是什么意思呀,查了好多书,里面都没有讲

"materialized view": a view (you know what a views is)  that contains rows. possible problems with it: out of synchronization with the data in the base tables. and the ways to update the materialized view if that happens.

"query rewrite": you write a query and pass it to oracle. oracle does not try to get the data from the tables (called base tables) you specified in your query. Instead oracle implicitly queries the materialized views and return the data to you, in a much faster way.
