谁知道CISCO 2924XL和4003交换机配置如何进行备份？

到底该备份哪个文件呢？（是RUNNING-CONFIG,FLASH ,还是SYSTEM?）

自然是 running-config了，最好下载个tftpserver.exe作个tftp的服务器，然后执行copy run tftp命令，按照提示输入tftp服务器的地址以及你要保存的文件名即可

flash 中一般是ios
nvram中是配置copy start tftp或是copy run tftp即可

当然是先把running-config备份成startup-config了,再DOWN个TFTP软件装WINDOWS或者UNIX机子上，做TFTP服务器，然后copy startup tftp，把startup-config备份到TFTP服务器上面去。
