vpopmail问题 （环境 qmial+mysql+igenus) 问题困扰！！

加用户的时候出现,看样子是mysql的连接问题么？
[root@linux bin]# ./vadduser user@mydomain.com
Please enter password for user@mydomain.com:
enter password again:
vmysql: sql error[2]: Duplicate entry '0' for key 1
Error: Unable to chdir to vpopmail/users directory


察看在mysql数据表Table lastauth in database vpopmail中
有添加了postmaster和mydomain.com
但使用vadduser 无法添加用户 （如上错误）
