-d 应该是指定包所在的位置
-s 指定文档安装的缓冲路径

If the -d option and an argument are passed to the command, pkgadd will look in that location for the instance instead of in the default spool directory. The argument can either be a full pathname to a directory containing the packages (such as /opt/admin/packages/), the name of a package datastream file (a single file that simulates a package install directory, such as /opt/admin/packages/perl5.6.0.pkg), or a device name or alias (such as /dev/rmt/0n, or /cdrom/cdrom0).
