Software Application Team Leader(Location:Shanghai)

JOB PURPOSE:
To develop applications on Java terminal platform and manage the application team

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1.Develop a core application library for Blue Bamboo’s transaction terminal.
2.Develop, port and customize applications
3.Work together with server engineers to develop and test the transaction function
4.Develop applications based on customer requirements worldwide
5.Manage the application certification process for different processors and/or countries
6.Manage project budgets and time tables for professional services
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field

Experience:
Experience in development of financial POS application
Experience in certification of financial POS application
5+ years experience in embedded software development
Experience in multinational project
Experience in managing people,  project budgets and deliverables

Skills & Abilities:
1.Strong knowledge and experience in Java and working knowledge of C/C++ and OO.
2.Experience in financial transaction applications, such as credit and debit and smart cards
3.Strong knowledge and experience in J2ME is a plus
4.Experience in XML is a plus.
5.Excellent communication skill.
6.Very good English.

JOB PURPOSE:
Writing system functional specification, monitor and ensure the outsourcing project complete on schedule with high quality

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1.Write back-end system functional specification
2.Define software architecture and technical direction
3.Assistant marketing department to work out total solution document for the customers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Sorry,兼职的经验对于很多公司而言都是不足的,除了技术方面的原因,还有就是社会经验不足,团队磨合可能会很慢,特别是外资公司,除了看人的技术,英文以外,很重要的一点是看性格

楼主的职位真是多呀，各位长三角或想在长三角发展的自己去选一下。

一般公司会看重综合方面，包括技术、外语、交流能力，有的甚至会在乎过去单位对你的评价，所以无论在哪里工作都需要兢兢业业。
