ORACLE:TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed错误!

我最近重新安装了一台ALPHA SERVER ES40服务器,在安装成功操作系统和ORACLE8.1.6数据库后,我用NETASST配置ORACLE服务,结果在TEST的时候出现错误信息:TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed.
用tnsping 10.147.66.87命令,出现错误信息
TNS-12547 TNS:lost contact.

TNS-12537 TNS:connection closed
Cause: "End of file" condition has been reached; partner has disconnected. This is an informational message.

Action: No action required.

TNS-12547 TNS:lost contact
Cause: Partner has unexpectedly gone away, usually during process startup.

Action: Investigate partner application for abnormal termination. On an Interchange, this can happen if the machine is overloaded.
