关于ORACLE 92 RAC ON AIX 上的ORA-01033

ORACLE 92 RAC ON AIX 一个服务器上启动正常;
但另一台服务启动后HACMP.out中正常,使用SQLPLUS登陆报ORA-01033错;
但是如果先shutdown;提示ORA-01507: database not mounted;在startup报错ORA-03113: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

错误现象如下:

如果把双机中的另一服务器停掉;
这台服务器smit clstart启动后使用SQLPLUS登陆仍报ORA-01033错;
但是如果先shutdown;提示ORA-01507: database not mounted;再startup启动正常
