搞不懂：pure-ftp

pure-ftp /xinetd
service pure-ftpd
{
..
server = /usr/local/sbin/pure-ftpd
server_args=/etc/pure-ftpd.conf
..

}

For pure-ftpd.conf ,I set
LimitRecursion 500000 8

But I always get 2000 when ftp to server and count files.

First I doubt maybe pure-ftpd doesn't using /etc/pure-ftpd.conf,
then I using
/usr/local/sbin/pure-ftpd -A -c50 -B -C8 -D -fftp -H -I15 -L5000000:8 -m4 -s -U133:022 -u100 -k99 -Z
to start server .

It still return 2000.

What is wrong of my pure-ftpd?
Anybody can help me?

ps -ef | grep pure
kill -9  pure-ftpd.pid

way1:
/usr/local/sbin/pure-ftpd -A -c50 -B -C8 -D -E -fftp -H -I15 -L  40000:8 -m4 -s -U133:022 -u100 -k99 -Z

way2:
/etc/init.d/xinetd restart

way3:
/usr/local/sbin/pure-config.pl /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

All return 2000 when I do file-counting.

But I'am not reboot cause it is a live system.

No , my client program can check others pure-ftpd correctly.
Definitely, problem comes from server configuration.
Cause I use same rpm install in others machine. and that is no problem.
