Job Description
To provide administrative support for the BTC engineering team.
Responsibilities
-Actively assist the BTC managers in the engineer recruitment effort by maintaining a constant pool of engineering applicants.
-Maintain calendar via MS Outlook for the BTC team. You will be the point of contact for all schedules which will include screening and routing phone calls appropriately.
-Helping to generate and package BTC engineering and test documents.
-Maintain information related to consultants, projects, teams, and finances.
-Coordinating with the Finance and IT teams regarding ordering equipment, supplies, etc.
-Expense reimbursement forms processing.
-Scheduling and coordinating video/audio conference calls and meetings both on and off site.
Qualifications
-2+ years administrative support experience required.
-A junior college or equivalent , Bachelor's degree preferred.
-1+ year human resource experiences is desirable.

Job Description
To manage DVT/QA portion of BTC software development projects.
Responsibilities
-Work with product management, software and hardware development, and professional services to ensure the overall quality of BTC product line and solution.
-Manage and coach a group of QA/DVT professionals that includes technical leads and individual contributors.
-Enhance current QA/DVT process to support the growing business.
-Enhance QA/DVT infrastructure including test tools and automation.
-Develop metrics to measure QA/DVT success and overall quality.
Qualifications
-5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in QA.
-At least 3 years of management experience.
-A successful track record managing QA/DVT teams of 5+.
-A successful track record establishing the QA/DVT automation infrastructure and tool development.
-Knowledgeable in application layer product and solution testing.
-Excellent people management, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
-Fluent in read/write/speak English

Job Description
To provide QA service for BTC software products and documents.
Responsibilities
-Working closely with iQstor Dev group and PS team in America and China to deliver software bundles.
-Test the software products, and help clients in bug fixing, manage the packaging process.
-Problems identification and investigation.
-Test tool development, automation script development.
-Test environment set up, test case execution, CR follow-up, test result report.
-Interoperability test with products from 3rd parties
-Provide the support to marketing and trail team for technical issues.
Qualifications
-BS degree, major in Computer Science or Engineering related area.
-Solid knowledge of Software Engineering Testing methods and process.
-1 - 3 years of practical working experience in software testing and packaging.
-UNIX or DBMS administration skills are required.
-Experience in script programming is a plus.
-Develop Test Plan and execute all test cases within the allocated test execution schedule.
-Good verbal and written communication in English.
-Knowledge and experience in storage/backup areas is preferred.
-A quick learner with strong desire to learn and excel.

Responsibilities
-Develop, design, maintain and verify our SAN resource management products.
-Work with QA group to develop product from concept to public release.
-Conduct analysis on customers' requirement.
Qualifications
-BS degree, major in Computer Science. MS degree is desirable.
-Must possess a minimum of 3+ years experience in Java and swing development necessary.
-Graphic User Interface (GUI) prior engineering experience required.
-Networks or device management software experience preferred.
-Must possess a very strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
-Strong experience on using SCM tools, VSS or Starbase
-Understand Intranet and Internet technologies: HTTP, HTML/DHTML, XML, middleware, etc.
