Business Analyst

Location: Hangzhou

You will be  working  as part of a team of Business Analysts using an existing transition model to move work form our client’s current process to our own delivery model. You will need to communicate in English both by telephone and e-mail. You will possibly need to spend significant amount of time on client site( Europe, US or Asia) documenting processes.

Job description:

·Work with the client to understand business processes and create detailed documentation that is logical, consistent and comprehensive.
·Working with the Project Manager to develop and implement solutions to business needs.  
·Analyse business processes to identify improvements, risks, issues and potential points of failure
·Enable the successful transition of new work into the company through training and procedure trailing.

Job Requirements:

·Microsoft Suite proficiency is essential, MS Visio would be an advantage
·2+ years programming/systems analysis experience with system implementation would be an advantage
·Excellent written and spoken English
·Strong analytical and investigative skills
·Good planning and organizational skills
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
·Ability to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
·Able to work at UK time
