怎么分析以上信息？请教！

几点建议：
1 把HEARTBEAT IP换个位置，把192那个IP写在前面，因为写在前面的网卡负责做HEARTBEAT，你现在是用对外的网卡同时做心跳，影响网络效率。改完配置文件后需要重新同步各NODE
2 把HEARTBEAT INTERVAL改大，1秒太频繁，影响网络效率，改成5-10秒
3 建议你试一下是否只是FTP比较慢，还是所有的传输都慢，比如rcp，这样可以来定位是否是网络的问题还是FTP本身的问题。
4 可以的话，找个交叉线替换SWITCH，试一下是否还是这么慢，来确定是否是网卡的问题还是SWITCH问题。
