Account Manager Based in chengdu recruiting is on-going
Our company is one of biggest software outsourcing companies in the world. recently We are planning to
set up chengdu branch office . We are currently looking for excellent account manager based in chengdu where is a capitial of sichuan province .
Job description :
1. Take Technical and behavior interview to select qualified engineers
2. Arrange engineers to our customer's location According to their requirements.
3. Ensure High satisfaction from both our customers and our on-site engineers
4. Manage and cultivate a strong team with different person from different background .
5. Work as channel between our customer and our company headquarters, and a bridge between our coustomers and our on-site engineers.
6. Maintain good relationship and good cooperation with local university and training school , government.
Job requirements:
1. At least more than 5 years experiences with more than 2 years technical hands-on experiences.
2. At least more than 2 years management experiences , better as a project manager, account manager.
3. Proven working experience in software outsourcing companies and deep understanding in software outsourcing business model would be a big advantage.
4. Excellent spoken and written english is a must.
5. Good communication ability and excellent coordinator is a must.
6. willing to travel frequently and work under pressure .
A person with technical background , able to think logical and analytical, sometimes out of box , will be mostly welcome .
