131.107.3.124好像是 microsoft 日本公司
请问这些日志对我的服务器有危害吗？

只是没发送成功，应该没问题，如果有很多同样的log的话，会怀疑是病毒发送的邮件，你有没有病毒过滤网关？

我用clamv 杀毒的。应该是病毒发送的垃圾邮件
