[求助]怎么解读这段LOG？

昨天才发了篇“菜鸟日记”，心里还得意得很，哈哈，我也有经验了——谁想今天上午，营业厅HUB那段又挂了！

下面是觉得有问题的LOG：

HUB就是接在这个Fa0/4下面的，想请问一下各位大侠，这种Half-duplex loopback 错误一般是指什么？HUB下有环路？

显示这个端口冲突过多，超过阀值，交换机将状态设置为err-disable。
建议将HUB下的所有机器，手动设置为半双工。

output errors、collision、deferred都比较多，而且一直都在增长中。增长速度也并不是很疯狂，但一直在增长中。

已经增长不少了

而且很奇怪的是，我把HUB的uplink口拔掉，用其它终端的跳线接上去时，交换机那边的端口灯竟然不亮！——原来接其它终端时，是亮的。

仿佛HUB只能经：营业厅配线架1口——机房配线架10口——交换机 这样的线路连上网络。

换成其它单个终端用的：营业厅配线架3口——机房配线架12口——交换机，用这样的线路，就不亮——也太没天理了吧！！！


打算今天下班后，拿手提、装个SNIFFER去抓点包看看。但我本人对SNIFFER也是半桶水，抓下来还不一定看得懂。还望坛子里的大侠们继续关注，多多帮忙，多给意见啊！！！

可能的原因很多
1 你的2950是水货
2 cisco2950 的bug
3 过长或者过短的网线有可能导致这个问题
4 当初布线人员的水平  你能看到的是配线架到设备的线 但在走线槽钟的线也很重要 测线路 有无强电干扰  线缆质量 等等 。。。
5 把keepalive 消息 disable
