Inbound Functional Support Analyst

Position Summary:

1.Leading Inbound support services for implementations in AP
2.Managing the impact that changes will have on the system
3.Providing backup resource as required for other 2005 applications.
4.Working with Functional Analysts in this and other regions in the execution of tasks/projects
5.Planning and managing regional continuous improvement work and system upgrades
6.Provide effective support for the business.
7.Participating in the planning and execution of system test scripts, user acceptance testing , training, and implementation
8.Performing business and system problem analysis including the implementation of corrective measures
9.Interacting with senior management on a regular basis

Relevant Experience:
SAP MM Module


Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Information Technology
SAP MM Module
Excellent oral English & written communication skills
Ability to travel within the AP region, and prepared to manage some out of hours support
Multi cultural / linguistic sensitivity
