知道 mac地址 怎么查出 ip地址？？linux没有rarp命令

那个linux下的命令能实现？？

方便的话 windows 下的实现这个功能的命令也告诉我吧

From my memory, you could get it from 3 ways(if these are available):
1. If there is a router in your network and you have the privileges  to access it, run the command to find it out. On Cisco  routers, the command is "show arp";
2. If the client pc attains ip address by DHCP, then look at your DHCP server;
3. Try to communicate with the client pc, then from a DOS prompt you can type "arp -a".

楼上的兄弟说得没错我一开始就是这么做的，但问题是本机并没有和想查其IP的已知MAC地址通信过，所以ARP缓冲表中不会有这一项的，我想要得基本上还是RARP功能。或者是PING MAC功能
ARPING我试了好像也没这个功能
