DB2 在AIX52下启动碰到1393 错误

1。安装dB2 on AIX5.2--正常
bash-2.05b# ./db2_install -p DB2.ESE
   db2_08_01.msg.en_US.iso88591...

2。启动DB2--奇怪
我是用root用户安装db2,也是用root启动。说我没权限：
bash-2.05b# /usr/opt/db2_08_01/adm/db2start
bash: /usr/opt/db2_08_01/adm/db2start: The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.
bash-2.05b# chmod 744 /usr/opt/db2_08_01/adm/db2start
3。修改权限，重新启动－－出错
bash-2.05b# chmod 744 /usr/opt/db2_08_01/adm/db2start
bash-2.05b# /usr/opt/db2_08_01/adm/db2start
SQL10007N Message "-1390" could not be retrieved.  Reason code: "6".
4。查找帖子，寻求解决－－？？只能IBM的人才有办法
