Responsibilities:
1.        In charge of the day-to-day operation and management of Newegg China Inc. ;
2.        Decide and lead the company’s development, catch and develop business opportunities, and make short /middle and long-term developmental strategies;
3.        Review and formulate the company’s project plans, management schemes and enterprise operational workflow;
4.        Make the annual plan and overall management plans for the company;
5.        Establish and improve the company’s policies, management regulations and internal institutions;
6.        Organize the company to fulfill overall business plans;
7.        Coordinate and encourage the work of each department.

Requirements:
1.        Bachelor’s degree in computer science and the relevant fields, international MBA degree is a plus;
2.        10 years experiences in a multinational company in IT or related industry, with at least 5 years in management position;
3.        Strong management and leadership skills to lead a team of several hundred employees, strong personality, previous stable professional development;
4.        Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with different levels staffs and organizations;
5.        Eager to accept challenge and strive for excellence;
6.        High level of integrity is essential;
7.        Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
