有关在VMware 4.0 下安装unix 5.05。

在VMware 4.0 下安装unix 5.05 ，我的机器配置是P4 1.8A  256M。我是按照如下步骤进
行安装的：
1：软件准备：从http://www.mylex.com/pub/multimaster/mmunix.exe 下载，执行mmunix.exe
解压缩，用unix.exe生成blc软盘。
2：用VMware 4.0 生成other模式系统
scsi 0:0 hd >;=500M
ide 0:0 hd
ide 0:1 cdrom
3: 启动other, F2设置软驱启动
1) power on
2) edit->;removable disk->;floppy->;edit->;选择image或者软盘, connected
3) 系统启动到 boot: link<回车>;
4) 提示 What packages do you need linked in the system, or q to quit?: blc<回车>;
5) 提示Please insert the fd(60)blc volume and press <Return>;, or 'q' to quit:
插入blc软盘
edit->;removable disk->;floppy->;disconnect, edit->;软盘, connected 回车

提示询问:append, 或者覆盖，选择 a
提示blc: Driver "blc" successfully loaded.
           character major = 6
至此blc驱动应该是安装正确的。

至次屏幕显示结果如下：

blc: Driver “blc”successfully loaded.
      Character Major = 6
Warning: Memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)
Warning: Memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)
Insert the Boot Dist and press <Return>;

在安装blc 成功后，显示插入Boot Disk，插入Boot Disk后，不管是使用软盘还是install.img
文件都会显示：

loading ram disk image fd(64)rootFS
Warning: Memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)
Cannot find superblock : Cannot load image

还有一个问题，在启动安装过程中，每一过程都会出现
Warning: Memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)
这是安装的说明文章中从没提到过的。

我详细写出我的安装问题，就是要让各位看得明白，以便分析确认问题的结症所在。请各位
高手帮忙了，在此先表感谢。回复请详细一些，我是一个初学者。

出现： "memory excessively fragmented", 后可在
“boot:”处键入
“mem=1m-16m,16m-<系统全部内存>;m/n”
（用实际系统全部内存值替换掉“<系统全部内存>;”）
然后再出现 boot时再继续进行

感谢ershui ，我总算到了提示开始安装啦。但新新的问题有出来了，
回车后，在安装过程中提示:
Starting Initial System load from:floppy disk

error Initializing access to device /dev/install;
There may be the BIOS setup ploblem
or other hardware configurtion error at that device.
press <enter>; to continue.

回车后出现
**safe to power off**
            -or-
**press any key to reboot **

我翻看了以前的帖子 ，据说是光驱没有配置好，我可是按照安装说明中进行配置的：
scsi 0:0 hd >;=500M
ide 0:0 hd
ide 0:1 cdrom

同时我有试验在cdrom上使用了*.iso文件，其结果仍是如此。我的问题究竟出在那，我很急，请安装过的高手帮帮忙。

光驱下面的enable  raw access是否打上了勾勾呢？
而且好象还要再加一个IDE硬盘！不然好象不认SCSI硬盘的哟！

这个钩，我打了。在加一个硬盘？那我再试试。
但如果使用*.iso文件，就没有这个选项。
