1. Gathering user requirements, coding, testing and implementation of application programs.
2. Application support/maintenance.
职位要求
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Notes/Domino.
2. Solid programming experience with Notes/Domino using Lotus Scripts and Formula; experience in developing applications on Domino and with connectivity to DB2, ORACLE, etc.
3. Experience with programming in Java and developing Web application on Domino; some experience in SQL and DB2, ORACLE.
4. Strong communication skills and good command of English.

Application Support　（欧美500强）
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Deliver high quality service for the GM customer.  Providing support to real time manufacturing systems and services to our remote clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Primary Responsibilities:       
•        Function as interface between the project team and the customer or user.  
•        Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to Lotus Notes/Domino Server/C++/JAVA  Application System including off hours as required
•        Ensure contract requirements in the statement of work (SOW) are achieved
•        Define, organize, and control project work
•        Ensure that Global M&Q standards and procedures are followed

Qualifications/Experience
•        BS/MS in Computer Science or related majors.
•        Computer Science or related degree
•        Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.  Flexible approach to working across multiple teams, and willingness to rotate between teams and activities. Must have a positive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach to both day to day support and challenging new tasks. Must have a strong Customer focus.
•        Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Lotus Notes/Domino Server/C++/JAVA.
•        Excellent knowledge on SQL is required.
•        Production/Application support experience is a plus.
•        Strong English & Chinese communication skills (Spoken, written).
•        Self-motivated, good problem solving, good inter-personal communication skills
•        Manufacturing background preferred.

Special Requirements: e.g. shift work - lifting – on-call required etc..
•        willing to react quickly to operational problems regardless of time of day.  
•        On-call rotation is required as well as working some holidays.
