10g数据库监听启动问题

在red hat as4装oracle 10 2 ,错误如下:
lsnrctl start

请指点,我建的数据库ls1,全名:ls1.qdedu.com

你建立的监听器名字叫LS1,使用lsnrctl start LS1看看

我的监听也启动了
tcp        0      0 172.27.1.123:1521           172.27.1.123:33725          TIME_WAIT
tcp        0      0 172.27.1.123:1521           172.27.1.123:33722          TIME_WAIT

可是我用客户端去连接可还是提示15214无监听
