大家好！
好久没来这里了，现发布一个招聘消息，对方公司为一个知名的energy information provider，招聘的职位如题。薪水范围是8k－10k/mth，另外是有commission的，如果做得好，受益会非常高！
Main Responsibilities：
• Client Relationship building
1. Contact all clients at least once a year either via phone or e-mail.
2. Visit all major clients at least once a year.
3. Software installation / trouble-shooting / training either in person or via phone.
4. Liaising with vendors, colleagues.
• Business intelligence gathering
1. Potential new businesses.
2. Competitive information.
3. Copy-right infringement.
• Administrative functions
1. Updating client details, contract details in Oracle, Siebel and other documents.
2. Reporting problems via in-house ticketing systems – Oracle Bugzilla, CSG database, etc,
3. World-wide customer support – Support Conference
4. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and is available.
5. Send documentation to clients as and when required.
6. Prepare and participate in conferences.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of firewall & IT system management
IT technical background & at least 1year pre-sales exp preferred
Customer-oriented working attitude and mature
Technical business presentation ability
4-7 years work experience
proficiency in both oral and writing english
