求助如何向sybase中加入设备(windows)及日志清理

这就奇怪了啊，从下面看，空间好象是够的，但老提示：数据库空间只有174MB，日志空间0MB。

想增加设备又提示：unable to run DISK command,must be in master database to run this command。

没法活了啊我!!!难道要重装？真是不甘心啊
