Job Description
Customer China File Server/NT application Server Service Owner and Personal Computing service owner.
Responsibility,
l Manages customer China file servers and NT application servers’ related services. Cooperates with global teams and site IT teams to maintain all China in-scope file/applications NT servers and ensures the SLA; provides necessary consultation and response to customer on server related requirements.
l Manages customer China anti-virus systems and processes. Works with global teams and site IT teams to prevent customer China on-line PCs & servers from virus impact.
l Manages PC hardware supply to China customer according to its business need and budget. Recommends and provides consulting for PC models and PC policy to costumers. Cooperate with customer purchasing to Source vendors with the best price.
l Manages China PC software platform roadmap according to customer business need and corporate IT strategy. Provide system level support for Windows based applications.
l Manages customer server & PC related projects in China.
l Manages all related vendors to ensure the services quality to meet the SLA, customer requirements and cost targets.

l 2+ years customer service experiences and good customer management skills.
l Good technical mastery.

l Solid Wintel knowledge and MCSE certificate is a must.
