Newbie's two question

1.Network Configuration:
I'm now using RH9,and it has a GUI network config tool,which I easily find and bright up the usb_Rtl8150 card (I'm using a winbook notebook) .But in BSD,in Gnome,I can't find the "Network" config tool   ,so can't bright up the netcard.Can you guys give some hints?

2.When I use root login and sysinstall to config use gnome as default,it's all right to startx.But when I use another user account and  startx,I can just start xterm... I try to sysinstall again use this user account,but can't su...sigh.
Dose someone else can give me a tip?

去http://www.freebsd.org/
看看Hardware Notes里有没有？
没有的话就不要想用了
