About Tru64 4.0G install failed

Dear all,

Today I got a Alpha server 1000A 4/266. My boss want me install tru64 4.0G on it. During install progress. The following error occur.

Hard Error Detected
DEC   RRD45      (C) DEC 1645
Active CCB at time of error
Error, exception, or abnormal condition
MEDIUM ERROR - Nonreoverable medium error
bus error


The installation porcedure failed or was intentionally exited.
To restart the installation, halt and reboot the system or enter: restart

I think this is CD media error. But I am not sure.
Please help me to fix this problem.

By the way. Could anyone tell me where I can get or download Tru64 4.0G Source.

有可能是安装介质或光驱的问题

硬盘或SCSI CARD有问题,可以找我们购买~!

不要误导别人，RRD45明显是光驱设备，哪是什么硬盘故障！

应该是安装碟有问题，刻录的问题

真如各位所說的!!!
小弟將原本的光碟燒成image, 再燒成另一片光碟, 就可以順利安裝了。
另外不知道有沒有網友用Alpha Server 1000A 4/266連接到SAN, 我
目前安裝了Tru64 4.0G+patch(T64V40GB22AS0004-20030731)
我發現我在console promt 裡無法執行wwidmgr, 是不是我缺少了些什麼阿??
