我用ONTAPE -R 做磁带恢复时报告以下错误请帮忙分析: physical restore failed---function invalid

archive tape fail code -1 errno 22。

因为系统SCO5。0。5重新安装INFORMIX7。2急需恢复数据。

请各位大侠帮助！！！

1. make sure the tape is not damaged, check it by issue command dd, you can read first 2k/4k blocks, which contains the dbspace/chunks info.
2. make sure the the blk size used by the archive is same as the one you are using to restore
3. make sure the archive image is compatible with the IDS you wanna restore.

-22 Invalid argument.

An operating-system error code with the meaning shown was unexpectedly
returned to the database server. Look for other operating-system error
messages that might give more information. If the error recurs,
refer to information about trapping errors in your Administrator's
Guide or Reference to acquire additional diagnostics. Contact Technical
Support at tsmail@us.ibm.com with the diagnostic information.
检查一下你的系统是否正常，数据库日志里有没有其他信息
