volume manager group 最大disk限制

请教各位，在volume manager 3.5 下group里面能够加入的最大磁盘数是多少？怎么查看？

还真没探讨过，莫不是要做50个盘的Raid5，这得什么性能啊？

有A5000的时候，我就把6个A5000（各22个盘）做了3个Raid5，所有人都说我呀，

呵呵，想知道它有没有这样的指标，因为hp下默认有个最大pv数，不过可以改，所有想知道veritas的情况

有没有什么文档可以查。 我找了很多文档了，没有发现这个说法。

我有一台机器已经是30块盘了。要是真像你说的，那以后在加空间是不可能的了,有点害怕。

6*22=132disk/dg
132/3=44disk/raid5 volmue

牛，性能如何？ 坏盘更换同步要多长时间？有没有log盘?
超过6个盘的raid5好象不推荐。

Error: No more space in disk group configuration
Error: c1000028: Failed to execute the operation.
◆ Description: This error may occur when creating a large number of volumes even if
there is enough space in the disks groups.
◆ Action: There is a limit to the number of objects (plex, subdisks, disks, etc.) in the
default private region length (even if you still have a lot of disk space in the disk
group).
The work around is to create another disk group and continue the creation of
volumes.

plex, subdisks, disks等的数量限制应该是和你初始化VXVM盘的私有区的大小有关。
VXVM盘的私有区的大小是可以自己定义的，太多没有实际的意义

我上按照一个控制器下挂32个硬盘来想的.但是一个卷只可以建立32个plex.(在3.2上.3.5没有实验过)
