我的mplayer 进入gmplayer 发生系统问题

我的系统是rh9
我下载了mplayer 原码　编译后可以运行（在编译时我选择了允许gui)　但是当我键入gmplayer后，出现：

但是我用的是root 帐户，而且可以访问．

有时＂Failed to open /dev/rtc: Device or resource busy (it should be readable by the user．＂这行不会出现，但是机器显示到下面这行后本控制台就停住了：

还有我的机器启动后会弹出如下窗口内容，不子知要紧吗？和我的mplayer无法 进入gmplayer有关吗？
